The Latitude range of professional laptops from Dell is updated with a number of new features. The main feature comes in the form of a thinner and lighter design, while also providing an improved display experience along with enhanced power efficiency.

The “dell latitude 9510” is a new update to the professional notebooks of the Latitude range. The update includes 4K resolution and Thunderbolt 3 ports.

DELL has finalized the execution of the renewal for the Latitude line of professional laptops, which, while being slim, expand in power and smart features, during an aggressive announcement session. DELL updates the professional notebooks of the Latitude range

Set aside the new and elegant 15.6 and 17.3-inch XPS, DELL has revealed news in the name of Intel 12th generation processors for other lines of laptops, beginning with the Latitude, for the time being without price lists applicable for the Italian market.

The models updated at the event began with the usage of 71 percent recycled aluminum for the backshell of the displays, in order to “eliminate carbon emissions throughout the whole manufacturing chain by 2050.” The feet are made of natural oil, the plastic pieces are forged from oceanic or post-consumer plastic, and the carbon fiber portions are made from waste material from bicycle, automobile, or aerospace vehicle manufacture.

The new batch of notebooks (which, as we’ll see, includes Precision workstations) also benefits from improvements in the modularity of the DELL Optimizer tool, which works according to the binaries of connectivity (simultaneous connection to two networks to speed data transfer and reduce latency), privacy (the webcam sensors darken the screen when you look away or reduce its visibility if strangers enter the field), and collaboration (the webcam sensors darken the screen when you look away or reduce its visibility (with neural networks also used to cancel noise and echo during the videocall).

The Latitude 9430 is the first model in the Latitude series, and it is the ultra-premium variant. The 14-inch WVA display has narrow bezels surrounding it, with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 500 nits of brightness, and 100 percent sRGB color coverage: the resolution is QHD + (with touch) in the 2-in-1 variant, weighing 1.4 kg, and FHD + in the basic model, weighing 1.27 kg. A FullHD webcam with infrared sits above the screen.

The integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics card is flanked by the 12th gen Intel CPUs, up to the top i7 with vPro: RAM (LPDDR5) may reach 32 GB, while SSD storage (M.2 2230 PCIe / NVMe Class 35) ranges from 256GB to 1TB. Wireless connection (WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, cellular 4G option through Snapdragon X20 modem or 5G via Snapdragon X55) is paired with a connector compartment that comprises the audio port, a memory card reader, two Thunderbolt 4, one HDMI 2.0, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 and the optional external uSIM tray. The 40 or 60 WHr battery can recover 80 percent in 40 minutes thanks to ExpressCharge 2.0.

The Latitude 7000 laptop, which debuted in the 7330 iterations (“the 16: 9 13-inch smallest and lightest in the world”), is somewhat protected from the original. 16.9 mm thick for 0.967 kilogram, or 1.36 kg if convertible) with a 13.3 “display and all the connectors a professional could require (e.g. HDMI and USB Type-A), 7430 (17.2 mm thick for 1.22 kg, or 1.35 kg if convertible) with 14” display, and 7530 (17.5 mm thick for 1.54 kg) with 15.6 “display It’s worth noting that the Dell Premier, a rechargeable pen with a Tile module that can be monitored through Bluetooth, is included with the 7330 convertible variant.

Beyond the differing dimensions, the visual area is assigned to WVA panels enhanced by ComfortView Plus, with a choice of FullHD or (on 14 and 15.6″) 4K with touch option: the webcam is FullHD. The P and U series Intel Alder Lake CPUs, with an enhanced dissipation mechanism that is now much quieter, are stationed. LPDDR4 or LPDDR5 RAM, and a solid state drive (PCIe SSD) with a capacity of up to 1 TB.

The Latitude 5431 (14″) and 5531 (15.6″) are rugged laptops (MIL-STD 810H) with nearly invariably WVA FullHD displays, however the 5531 has touch options and can go up to UHD, with 100% sRGB and 400 nits: Intel P/H series CPUs, integrated Iris Xe graphics cards that can be paired with the dedicated GeForce MX550, SSD storage with the current generation of the PCIe interface, and RAM up to 64 GB of type DDR5 4800 are all included in the logical portion. The cellular option with 5G is also guaranteed here, as is the most current connectivity, which is established in Wi-Fi 6E and Thunderbolt 4 owing to the latest CPUs.

The Latitude 5330 with 13.3 “, 5430 with 14″, and 5530 with 15.6 ” are also included in the range: the displays are always FullHD of the WVA type (even if in the 5530 there is the option towards a 4K Comfort View). AI-based noise cancellation will be integrated in the audio. On the performance front, there are Intel 12th generation Core U/P CPUs with integrated Iris Xe GPUs, DDR4 RAM ranging from 32 to 64 GB depending on the model, and an SSD storage up to 2 TB with a PCIe interface. The laptops in question support Wi-Fi 6E and have a microSD reader, two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, and as many Type-C connectors with Display Port, Power Delivery, and Thunderbolt 4, as well as one HDMI 2.0 port. The TPM 2.0 cryptographic chip, the proprietary Bios and other DELL safeguards, and the fingerprint all contribute to security.

The “dell latitude 5320” is a new update to the professional notebooks of the Latitude range. The update brings support for Intel’s 8th generation processors and DDR4 memory.
